Refund Policy


ALL SALES FINAL.  NO REFUNDS will be issued. In the event that there are technical difficulties, please contact Assessment Strategies Inc. (ASI) Support Team as soon as possible. In the event that there is an unintentional duplicate purchase directly from ASI on the same transaction date and the duplicate test has not been accessed, a candidate must apply to ASI within 5 days to cancel the duplicate purchase and void the access to the duplicate test. This does not apply to third party purchases or duplicate charges from your credit card company that are not received by ASI.

For any other exceptional issues, please set out full details in writing including your full name, contact information and date of purchase and email them to support@asinc.ca within 5 days of your purchase.
